Jiu-Jitsu School Landing Page: Analysis, Design, Launch

We built a single-page website that captures the spirit of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and motivates adults to book one-on-one training.

Research & Briefing

Our process began with a rapid market audit of martial-arts services in Cyprus, in-depth coach interviews, and student surveys. This defined our core audience: 25–45 years old, result-driven, seeking a turnkey experience.

Using these insights, we produced a content matrix and user-journey map. A tight brief aligned voice, safety and progress messaging, and page hierarchy from day one.

Design & Development

The challenge was to blend competitive intensity with the school’s friendly vibe. We crafted a clean UI accented with signature red, bold typography, and dynamic coach photography.

Built in YooTheme Builder for WordPress, the page features fully responsive sections, custom benefit icons, and live pricing blocks. Subtle scroll animations add motion, while clear CTAs—“Book now” and “Pass the quiz”—drive conversion.

Optimization & Launch

Pre-launch, we ran a full technical SEO audit, converted imagery to WebP, and enabled caching. Google Analytics 4, a Meta Pixel, and a quiz form with an automatic 50 % discount were wired in.

Results: 1.1 s PageSpeed load time, indexation within 48 hours, and a 4.7 % signup rate in week one. The client now has a digital platform that sells training with the same confidence the coaches teach on the mat.
