Analysis & Briefing

Given the sparse initial data, we ran a rapid market audit: pinpointed office managers’ pain points, mapped local pricing models and defined key decision-makers. The goal was to help Winter Berger stand out from price-driven noise and show the tangible value of long-term contracts.

Using these insights, we drafted a content matrix and site map. Copy follows plain-language rules: crisp, benefit-oriented lines on regular-service discounts, cleaning without workflow disruption and VAT-compliant invoicing. This approach removes friction and guides visitors straight to the cost calculator.

Design & Development

Visually we aimed for “clean and reliable” rather than clinical. A spacious grid, deep-sea blue highlights and checklist cards convey professionalism and clarity. The key CTA “Calculate cost” appears above the fold and re-appears in every commercial section.

Responsive code adapts flawlessly from 320 px to 4K, never hiding essential content. Final QA across 12 browsers and three mobile OS ensured consistent performance. The result: a lightweight, SEO-ready platform already serving as Winter Berger’s primary lead-generation channel.
